How do I contact you for a custom order?
Complete the Contact form or email us directly at kriskraftdesigns@gmail.com. Let us know what you are looking for and we will let you know if it is something we can accommodate.


What is your process for custom orders?

A proof of your custom design will be shared with you prior to production for approval. Once the design is approved, the your item(s) will be made!

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us directly.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long will it take to get my order?
All items are made and shipped from San Francisco, CA. Pick-up may be available in San Francisco.

We ship our items via USPS. Processing time is 3-5 days. First class mail takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

Special orders may take longer and we will reach out to you directly.

Can I cancel my order?
Most orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately. We may decline the cancellation if we already started processing your order.
